Diversity Woman Media has been recognized for its longtime commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion through education, solution-based editorial, and events that bring together like-minded D&I leaders and champions. The vision is to host an event to support the diversity and inclusion learning and development needs of the audience, to present the latest research and trends, and to bring people together to share best practices and to collectively explore solutions to address new opportunities and challenges.
Diversity has become much more than the programs and processes we put into practice in our organizations. It is about safeguarding humanity, taking care of ourselves, taking care of our neighbors and taking responsibility for all individuals.
We have all heard it before, this is a journey and not a sprint. Over the last 2 years this work has been especially hard, the role of the CDO has evolved, burnout is high, and it has been all too easy to lose faith that we can create a truly equitable world. This event is about sharing the things that have enabled us to not only survive but thrive, it is about finding the resiliency to persevere even in the toughest of times, and about ensuring that every single one of us has an equal opportunity to succeed, feel safe and happy.
At this event, DEI thought leaders will share best practices on how to create impactful DEI strategies, how to truly drive equity in our organizations, achieving and sustaining culture transformation.
The conference will take place at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place located at 2233 South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Chicago, Illinois, United States, 60616-9985. The closest airport to the hotel is Chicago Midway International Airport. Details concerning hotel accommodations will be provided in a separate email once the registration form is submitted.
