Who’s Eligible?
Women occupying a C-level (excluding CEOs) or equivalent executive position at a U.S.-based organization (public or private). Self-nominations are welcome. We are seeking exceptional C-Suite executives (excluding CEOs) from U.S. organizations who demonstrate:

  • Business Impact and Growth Results – Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, or business transformation within their organization.
  • Innovation and Visionary Leadership – Proven track record of leading innovative initiatives, launching new products, services, or processes, and redefining strategies for long-term success.
  • Industry Influence – Recognized as a thought leader in their field, frequently speaking at industry events, serving on advisory boards, or publishing influential insights.
  • Mentorship and Sponsorship – Actively mentoring, sponsoring, and empowering the next generation of women leaders, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Philanthropy and Community Engagement – Dedication to giving back through nonprofit board service, volunteerism, or advocacy for causes that create social impact.

  • Final honorees will be unveiled in the Spring issue of Executive Woman Magazine and profiled on DiversityWoman.com.
  • Honorees may be invited to share insights at upcoming Diversity Woman Media events.

Q1: May I nominate more than one person?

Yes. Simply fill out separate forms for each nominee. Please note that there is a $249 administration fee per nomination.

Q3: Do you accept nominations from startups or nonprofits?
A:
Unfortunately, we are not accepting nominations from nonprofit organizations.

Q2: Can I nominate myself?
A:
Absolutely. We encourage self-nominations if you meet the criteria. Please note that CEOs are excluded.

Q4: Where will the winners be published?
A:
Honorees will be featured in the Spring issue of Executive Woman Magazine and on our website, DiversityWoman.com.
