Head of Client Insights and Analytics|Pymetrics
Dr. Adrianne Pettiford is the Head of Client Insights and Analytics at pymetrics, a startup that connects individuals to their best fit job, accurately and fairly by using machine learning and neuroscience solutions across the talent lifecycle. In this role, she directs the team of Industrial Organizational scientists responsible for adverse impact and validation studies across pymetrics’ global portfolio of clients. Before joining pymetrics, in her role as Investigative Analytics Team Lead at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), she led the team of scientists providing statistical support for systemic investigations throughout the US. As part of her work at EEOC, Adrianne focused on developing algorithms to estimate race and gender. As a Research Psychologist, she conducted evaluations of prevention and intervention programs for vulnerable and underserved populations. She has served on Diversity and Inclusion boards at various organizations and currently leads the Diversity and Inclusion Council at pymetrics. Adrianne earned her BA from Hampton University, her MA from Duke University, and PhD from UNC Chapel Hill.
