Viviane is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a MBA degree and a Post-graduation in Human Resources Management. She has held a variety of strategic and leadership positions in agriculture and mining companies, working in several countries such as Brazil, Canada, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. Since September 2020, she has assumed the Diversity and Inclusion global manager role at Vale. Viviane has deep knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Organizational Development, HR Business Partner Model, Talent Development, Employee’s Engagement, Organizational Design and HR metrics.
