Vanice Hayes
Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Dell Technologies
Vanice serves as Dell Technologies’ Chief Diversity and Inclusion officer, responsible for the company’s global diversity and inclusion initiatives. In this role, she partners with leaders and team members across the organization to deepen and advance Dell’s culture of inclusion and to build a workforce that better represents the customers we serve. During her 21-year career at Dell, Vanice has held multiple Sales Learning & Development and HR leadership roles, most recently serving as VP of Learning & Development in Talent & Culture where her inspirational leadership helped transform the organization with signature leadership development solutions and the Dell Learning Studio.
Prior to joining Dell, Vanice taught Math to secondary students. She has always had a desire to help others grow and develop and feels fortunate to be able to do this in a corporate environment. Vanice received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters in Education Administration from Texas State University. She was born and raised in Austin, Texas and still lives in the area where she enjoys serving the community and helping others. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, planning family adventures, traveling and exploring new restaurants.
