Valeisha Butterfield Jones is a globally recognized, award-winning business leader with 20+ years of experience driving impact at the intersections of tech, entertainment and politics. She is the current Vice President of Partnerships and Engagement at Google, Inc, responsible for driving change and accelerating DEI outcomes for the global organization.
Valeisha formerly served as the Co-President of the Recording Academy, Global Head of Inclusion for Google, Inc., Deputy Director of Public Affairs for International Trade in the Obama Administration and as the National Youth Vote Director for Obama for America, helping to deliver one of the highest youth voter turnouts in American history.
Valeisha has been recognized by FORBES, EBONY Power 100, Billboard, ELLE Magazine’s top 25 leading women, ESSENCE and others. Valeisha is also a mom, author and co-founder of the Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN) and serves on advisory councils and boards for the Recording Academy, Anti-Defamation League and more.
