For over a decade, Susan has worked as an executive and team coach with a diverse range of private and global non-profit organizations. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Workplace Psychologist, Susan has supported women, leaders, and teams to heal their inner relationship, increase their confidence, and communicate and lead more effectively. From entry-level management to the C-Suite, Susan collaborates with clients to increase their clarity, capacity, and skill. She designs holistic and evidence-based learning interventions, whether coaching leaders one-on-one to build their emotional intelligence, or facilitating meaningful group interactions to enhance team performance.
Susan has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor’s in Finance from George Mason University where she was also a captain of the women’s basketball team. A certified Integral Coach® and Integral Team Coach through the New Ventures West coaching program, Susan also holds certifications in leadership, individual and team emotional intelligence, group process design and facilitation, and various assessment instruments. She coaches to the human and organizational soul, supporting clients to bring their whole selves to life, and their best selves to work.
Susan has been an active member of numerous professional associations and community organizations to include International Coaching Federation (ICF), Institute of Coaching (IOC), and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She aspires to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God (Micah 6:8), and currently lives in Maryland with her husband and their young son.
