Stephanie Hertzog is CEO, Energy & Resources and Head of Global Energy Strategic Accounts for Sodexo, the global leader in Quality of Life services. Ms. Hertzog also serves as a member of the North America and US Leadership Committees. She is responsible for the Energy & Resources North America operations, as well as the strategy, retention, and growth of global clients. She is an active mentor and executive sponsor of Sodexo’s Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG), SoTogether, an EBRG fostering a culture where enhancing women’s individual and professional growth contributes to the global success of our company and the communities Sodexo serves.
Ms. Hertzog has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, business development and general management roles in energy and industrial services organizations. Prior to Sodexo, she was a founding management team member and Senior Vice President with Houston-based Tally Energy Services. Ms. Hertzog is a member of the Executive Women’s Partnership and the inaugural cohort of McKinsey & Co’s Advancing Women in Energy. She chaired the Texas A&M Department of Chemical Engineering Advisory Council and participated in the College of Engineering Council and Engineering Honors Steering Committee. She has been President and Board Member of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston and Vice President of the HBS Alumni Board. She also Chaired the Education Foundation of Harris County Board and has been a mentor with the EMERGE program.
Ms. Hertzog was a recipient of the 2020 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil & Gas, 2018 Outstanding Texas A&M University College of Engineering Alumni, and 2018 Women Who Mean Business Outstanding Leaders in Energy Awards.
