Stelli Munnis, Ph.D.
Founder & Executive Director, Red Sulphur
Stelli Munnis, PhD, is the founder and executive director of Red Sulphur, a nonprofit that provides transformational education to help individuals become fully-empowered, whole human beings. The seed for Red Sulphur was planted after Stelli began a personal quest to better understand herself — a time when she was searching for the deeper meaning of her experiences. As a coach and counselor, Stelli works intuitively with her clients to help them release mental and emotional blockages that can stand in the way of self-realization. The process of working with Stelli can be profoundly transformative and deeply healing. Stelli founded Red Sulphur after spending over 20 years in corporate sales, marketing, and executive leadership positions. She helped scale two startups (one as co-founder) and fueled growth at SunPower Corporation, a global leader in solar, where she co-founded “TIDE,” the Team for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. Stelli is a member of several women’s leadership organizations, including The CLUB Silicon Valley, How Women Lead, and SecondAct Women. She holds a BA in economics from the University of Florida, and a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology from Sophia University in Palo Alto, CA.
