Stacee Crittenden

Stacee has been a financial advisor since 1999, where she began her career at Legg Mason Wood Walker. Since 2009, she has been at Merrill Lynch where she holds the title of Senior Vice President – Wealth Management; Senior Financial Advisor. Stacee focuses on retirement, estate needs and investment planning for individuals and businesses.
Stacee graduated cum laude from Spelman College in 1990 with a B.A. in History and received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law School in 1993. She served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami Dade County and as an Executive Director of the Carver YMCA, prior to beginning her career in financial services. Stacee is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Inc., the Florida Bar Association, the Potomac Chapter of Girlfriends, Inc., the D.C. Chapter of the Carrousels, Inc. and the Montgomery County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Stacee serves on the board of the Lady Von Scholarship fund, a scholarship to benefit students at Spelman College that study abroad and the INOVA Fairfax, Hospital, Life with Cancer Advisory Board. Stacee is active in her church and for the last seven years has been a member of the committee that packs and provides food to families in the community. Stacee is a graduate of Leadership Miami and a recipient of the Orange Bowl Community Service Award. Stacee recently served as Co-President of the Merrill Lynch Women’s Exchange in Greater Maryland and is currently a member of the Black/African American Advisory board, where she chairs the recruitment and retention committee and serves as the liaison between Black/African American Advisors and firm executives. Stacee holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designations. Stacee was named to the Forbes, “Top Women Wealth Advisors, Best in State” list in 2023 and 2022 and the 2023 Forbes “Best in State Wealth Management Teams” list as a member of the Crittenden/Lucchese Team.
Stacee is married and the mother of two children. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, skiing, traveling and is active in the Spelman College alumnae association. She spends a great deal of time at Georgetown University and traveling to the Bahamas, where she grew up.
