Spencer Nicolary
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at Newmont (Acting)
Spencer Nicolary has over 25 years of experience in business development, industrial supply chain operations and capital projects.
He currently serves as acting Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Newmont, responsible for supply chain management across all operating sites and capital projects. He previously served at Newmont as Senior Director of Supply Chain from 2016 to 2023, and Commercial Director of Supply Chain from 2012 to 2016.
Prior to joining Newmont, Mr. Nicolary was President and Regional Vice President of North and South America for the deugro Group, where he developed large and diverse teams and worked in various business development, commercial, operational and executive management roles, in both regional and global capacities.
He has a proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams and successfully developing highly collaborative working relationships across complex enterprise environments and systems.
