Shayla Reed is a Program Manager, responsible for driving global strategic initiatives at Dell. Over her tenure of 12 years, she has worn many professional hats, in areas including Professional Services, Account Managed Services, and currently Portfolio Management. Her personal vision statement is “Always be evolving, in this journey called life.” She is a natural leader, known for connecting and collaborating to drive outcomes. Her magnetic energy coupled with her strong leadership skills were showcased as the global co-lead for BNAs PMO leadership team, where she served a 2-year term from 2020-2021. Prior to that, Shayla was elected to serve as a Chapter lead for the West Coast Black Networking Alliance (BNA) employee resource group (ERG) for over six years. Under her leadership, BNAWC offered marquee development such as Speed Coaching with executives, Day at Dell (an inner-city youth potential exposure program) and an Annual Speaker Series. Shayla has a B.S in Business Management, M.S in HR Management. She holds certifications in Project Management Proficient (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM). Shayla is a mom of two girls, is a wife and community advocate.
