Sharròn Dean is an accomplished Human Capital strategist, educator, and Leadership Coach with proven  experience in leadership and development, equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness. A Human Capital  strategist, who successfully aligns functional objectives to meet organizational and individual goals,  provides innovative human capital solutions while leveraging inclusion. With a deep understanding of the  inner workings of organizational dynamics, she can create interactive learning experiences that translate  into observable on the job behaviors. A leader in professional development with experience, managing  cross-functional project teams, designing, facilitating specialized courses and workshops some of the  topics include, leadership development, performance management, team building, effective  communication, supervision, equity, and inclusion.

As a coach Sharrón works with clients to enhance their leadership capacity, empowerment, self actualization, managing change, executive presence, career transition and developing personal brands.  As an educator, she provided instruction for adult learners at the University of Maryland Baltimore and  Shady Grove Campus, in the Industrial Psychology graduate program.

Additionally, an experienced equity practitioner, managed a company wide diversity initiative and related  programs for a leading hospitality employer, co-leader of small groups formed to deepen knowledge,  awareness and appreciation of intersectionality, race, color and culture and subsequent impact within  communities and the workplace.

Sharròn possesses a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and is a graduate of the  Georgetown University Certified Coaching Program. She has earned the ACC designation from the  International Coaching Federation, a Certified MBTI facilitator, and 360 Leadership Circles Profile.
