Ryan Hill is a Senior Manager for Leadership Development at Newmont where he supports the global leadership development strategy and execution. Prior to joining Newmont, Ryan was a Leadership Development Consultant at FMI Corporation. Prior to that he served in the US Army for 11 years where he lead teams of Soldiers from 2 – 200+ in various locations around the world. He finished his time in the military by teaching hand-to-hand combat and leadership at the United States Military Academy, West Point.
Ryan has a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Colorado State University, a Master’s of Education from the University of Virginia, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
