Rosalyn Taylor O’Neale, an internationally recognized speaker and consultant is the founder of R. T. O’Neale Group. In her previous positions as Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the Campbell Soup Company, Executive Vice President of Diversity Initiatives for MTV Network, and Principal Consultant at Cook Ross, she successfully facilitated courageous conversations about race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

Rosalyn was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America, Top Executives in Diversity, 100 Top Executives in America, 100 Most Influential LGBT People of the Year, American Management Association Blue Ribbon Speaker, University of Louisville Alumni Fellow, and she and CEO Tom Freston received the Diversity Best Practices 2004 CEO/CDO Team Award.

Rosalyn shares her home in Maryland with her spouse, Laura, and their three cats and four dogs.
