Rolondo Talbott
SENIOR MANAGER, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION, DISNEYLAND RESORT
Rolondo Talbott is the Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the Disneyland Resort. Rolondo’s career started during his time as a Chief Intelligence Officer for the United States Air Force where he found a passion for DEI. He has held numerous DEI roles within notable organizations, across various industries, including NBCUniversal, the Boeing Corporation, as well as various higher education institutions. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Rolondo was the Senior DEI Business Partner for Amazon Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.
Rolondo also has a passion for DEI at the community level by serving as chair of the Claremont Unified School District Advisory Committee on Racial Equity, vice-chair of the City of Claremont Police Commission on policing equity, and advisory board member of the African-American Family Wellness Council.
Rolondo is a nationally recognized speaker on topics of Project Management, DEI and Leadership, as well as an award-winning children’s book author of the celebrated series, “Uniquely Me”, which celebrates children from different multi-cultural and multi-ethnic backgrounds, and his latest novella, “1000 Papercuts”, which helps older children understand and overcome microaggressions.
