Rodney Tabares serves as DocuSign’s Director of Diversity Talent Engagement & Enablement. In this role he directly engages with DocuSign’s TA Leadership team, executive staff, and team members around the globe. As the Director of Diversity, Rodney focuses on accelerating the DocuSign Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity strategy.
Rodney has twenty-five years experience in building community, developing programs and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion work forward. Rodney spearheaded Silicon Valley’s participation in a US Government’s Innovative Strategies for Increasing Self-Sufficiency Study while partnering with companies such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, NettApp and eighty-five Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Most recently Rodney served as LinkedIn’s Inclusion Recruiting Business Partner driving diversity strategy and partnerships. Prior to LinkedIn he was at Facebook as a Diversity Program Manager building strategy, partnerships and coaching TA Leadership.
His faith and family is what keeps him focused and puts a smile on his face. He identifies as Mexican and Apache, an honored graduate of William Jessup University.
