TM a coaching program for women on the rise who are ready to lead audaciously in the world. Rasheda is also the CEO of Panacea Nurse Delegation Services, providing education, delegation, and consultation services to adult family homes in the Seattle area. Rasheda is an award-winning nurse leader and was the recipient of the 2019 Federal Way Public Schools Hero award for her community work and the 2019 Black Nurses Rock Leadership Academy- Fellowship Challenge Winner, for her outstanding leadership. She is also a John Maxwell Team member and National Wellness Institute Certified Resilience Trainer.
