Pamela Sherman is Senior Director, Culture of Inclusion at Applied Materials. She helps lead the development of Applied’s multi-year roadmap to build diversity, equity, and inclusion competency across the company. She is also actively involved in multi-faceted industry efforts, such as the Alliance for Global Inclusion, which aim to accelerate the adoption of inclusive business practices across industries through transparency and collaboration. She has been with Applied Materials for more than 24 years, serving in several HR leadership roles. Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Texas A&M University.
