As the Corporate Human Resources Director for Orbital Energy Group, Nichole Junio has exhibited a commitment to leading innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, Nichole has progressively adapted HR operations to the everchanging environment within the businesses she has served. Her drive to incorporate community engagement initiatives and advocacy culminates from her experience working with Cherry Street Mission Ministries, where a holistic approach is used to reverse the cycle of poverty. Components of this experience were applied in the development of the Unbound Horizons program with Orbital Energy Group, with the goal of expanding diversity within the energy industry. Nichole received a Bachelor of Science, Business – Human Resources, where she received an award of excellence for exemplary work in Business Communications. For four years, Nichole held a seat on the local chapter board for Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), with an emphasis in Legislative Affairs and Communications. In 2016, Nichole earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential and mentored fellow HR professionals through the achievement of their own SHRM certifications.
