Ferrara, VP, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Natasha leads Ferrara’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and is responsible for implementing and monitoring programs to promote diversity and foster an open and inclusive work environment. Prior to Ferrara, she was SVP of Diversity & Inclusion at Nielsen overseeing the strategic development & implementation of diversity & equity initiatives.

TEDx Speaker, recognized as one of Crain’s Notable DE&I Executives and DiversityMBA Magazine’s Top 100 Executive Leaders and Top 100 Women of Influence, Natasha is a key thought leader. She has parlayed her love of mentorship and writing commentary on career planning and guidance as a contributing writer for several career and lifestyle magazines. Natasha has led keynotes, panels, and workshops for many conferences, connecting with global audiences across industries.

Natasha sits on the editorial board for Training Industry Magazine, the executive board for the Village of Oak Lawn’s Chamber of Commerce, and the board of directors for the Oak Lawn Children’s Museum. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Chief, a private network for executive women.

Natasha graduated from Northern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and currently sits on the university’s Presidential Advisory Council. She has an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She is the president of the PTA for the elementary school in her community and lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and their sons.
