Natasha Miller Williams

Natasha Miller Williams is Ferrara’s VP and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. A TEDx Speaker and recognized as one of Crain’s Notable DE&I Executives, Natasha is a key thought leader. She has parlayed her love of mentorship, writing, and career guidance into a contributing writer position for several career and lifestyle magazines, keynotes, panels, and workshops, connecting with global audiences.
Natasha sits on the editorial board for Training Industry Magazine, the executive board for Oak Lawn’s Chamber of Commerce, and the board of directors for the Oak Lawn Children’s Museum. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Natasha graduated from Northern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and currently sits on the university’s Presidential Advisory Council. She has an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She is the president of the PTA for the elementary school in her community and lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and their sons.
