Nakia Tull
Vice President, Black Customer Inclusion Leader | Fidelity Investments
In this role, she leads a team focused on evolving Fidelity’s products and services to become more relevant to the most rapidly growing consumer segments in the United States. These consumer segments include customers who are Black, Latino, AAPI, LGBTQ+, with disabilities and/members of the military community and their families.
Nakia has been part of the Fidelity Investments family for over 15 years and has worked in various operations, technology, and strategy roles across the organization.
In addition to her daily responsibilities, Nakia is a member and mentor for the employee resource group, Aspire, a Fidelity-wide organization open to all employees interested in strengthening their partnership with the Black, African American, Latino, and Hispanic community.
Prior to Fidelity Investments, she worked in for a designer in Boston, MA and in a sales role based in Providence, RI. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and Production from Lasell University in Newton, MA and is currently pursuing her MBA at Bryant University.
In her local community, Nakia serves as a communications strategist for her church. She is a wife and with two children – 7-year-old daughter who is a local flag football player and a Pearlette within the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. organization; and an active 2-year-old son who loves planets and numbers. When Nakia is not managing her children’s busy schedule, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends.
