Monica Phillips is the president and founder of Spark Plug Labs. Her mission is to create space where everyone is seen, heard, and valued, where everyone belongs, and where everyone is paid and promoted equitably. With that in mind, she founded the Legal Academy on Equity and Inclusion. Monica coaches high potential leaders and teams and delivers powerful keynotes and workshops on leadership, team culture, business development, wellness, innovation, and heart-based leadership. In 2019 she was named a Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence. She is a Career Coach with the Association of Corporate Counsel, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
