During her 23 years of experience, worked in the various HR subsystems and M&A projects, leading HR Operations and global roles out of Brazil and London for Royal Dutch Shell. She worked for different businesses such as Sales & Marketing, Plants, Logistics, Supply, Exploration/Production of natural resources, leading relevant organizational transformations, cultural transitions and growth, always having the talent strategy as the key enabler for the change. She has had some experience with the innovation/startups market, supporting ramping up, the Governance and the people agendas, creating culture content for innovation methodologies.
