Liana Louie
DEIB Certificate Program Graduate | Kapor Center DEIB Practitioner
Liana Louie is a disabled DEIB practitioner with experience in cultivating inclusive and equitable cultures in sports, retail, higher education, automotive, and tech industries. Liana is a native San Franciscan who has seen tech change her city while creating even more inequities for everyday San Franciscans. This realization led her to pivot her DEI role from retail to tech to help impact change and hold tech in the SF Bay Area accountable. While not working her day job as a Sr. Program Manager Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Liana works with professional athletes on their philanthropic endeavors and fundraising and is passionate about making live sports more accessible. Liana holds a B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Health Management and Policy from Oregon State University where she was a finalist for OSU’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Alumni Legacy Award. She also believes in continuous professional development and holds two DEIB certificates from Northwestern University and the Kapor Center.
