Leang Chung (she/her) is the Founder & CEO of Pelora Stack, a purpose-driven, AAPI-owned and woman-owned company. She empowers mid-career womxn as they prepare for their ‘first’. The first time they switch careers. The first time they become an executive. The first time they return to the workforce after taking time off to raise their kids. Or, the first time they become an entrepreneur. Leveraging her 15+ years of HR leadership and executive coaching experience at fast-growing companies and brands such as Getty Images, Xaxis (a WPP company), Havaianas, and L’Oreal USA.
Leang is a sought after thought leader and speaker on advancing women in the workplace, entrepreneurship and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She was featured at the Power to Fly 2021 Diversity Reboot Summit speaking on the topic of “Networking for Introverts”, AllVoices Reimagining Company Culture podcast speaking on the topic of “Redefining Career Transitions & Networking”, Happier at Work podcast speaking on the topic of “Empowering Women to Pursue Professional Growth”, and “Redefining Hustle to Include Self Compassion” on the Female Firebrands podcast.
She served as Vice Chair for Global Connections for Women (GC4W), Digital Events Ambassador for Power to Fly, Founding Member of Tech Ladies, Mentor for The Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant recipients with Recruiting Innovation and Mentor for Minds Matter.
Leang holds a M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Change Leadership from Columbia University and a B.S. in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
