Executive leader

Kristi Pintar, EdD, MBA is an executive leader, OD professional with expertise in large-scale change, leadership development, and operational improvement. She has served as VP and OD practitioner within ChristianaCare for the past seven years in Clinical Transformation, Medical Group operations, and the learning and development service iLEAD (Institute of Learning, Leadership, & Development). She also currently supports the University of Pennsylvania Medical Education master’s program as a clinic facilitator, coaching physician students in curriculum application. During her five years at Penn Medicine as Corp. Dir. OD and Leadership Practice, she initiated and led the Penn Medicine Academy, centralizing multimodal learning services across six business entities. At Lehigh Valley Health Network, she led Management Engineering and OD collaborating with other services to achieve numerous successful large-scale improvements driving organizational performance improvement across the domains of employee engagement, patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and finance. Kristi earned her EdD from the Wharton/Penn Graduate School of Education Work-Based Learning Leadership Program, her MBA from Temple University, and her BS Health Planning and Administration from Penn State.
