Kristen is the Director of Learning- Executive Development and Coaching at Capital One. She leads a team responsible for building and delivering resources and experiences that care for the high potential pipeline from Senior Manager through Executive level associates and all coaching.
Kristen brings capabilities in strategic problem solving, stakeholder management, executive engagement, and program design and delivery. She works with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, partner on solutions, and track and measure impact. As part of a leadership team of learning experts from technology to facilitation to design, and help drive the broader agenda.
Kristen has an extensive background as a certified executive coach, a small business owner and consultant, and a strategic leader at KPMG where she led programs focused on leadership development, diversity, inclusion and belonging for high potential leaders. An accomplished speaker and presenter she’s spoken on key workplace topics and facilitated coaching masterminds, through notable professional organizations.
Kristen is a graduate of West Chester University with a BA in Education. She has a Masters from American University in Arts Management. She also earned a Certificate in Community Relations from Boston College Carroll School of Management and received her Associate Coach Certification through International Coaching Federation.
