Kim Welcome is a speaker, smooth jazz songstress and the CEO and Founder of Influential Voice, a communication and training company whose focus is building communication skills that boost bottom lines for organizations as well as individual professionals.
For the past 15+ years, she has been the go-to communication trainer and coach for top-tier organizations in The Bahamas looking to develop their teams and leaders. Her client list includes Atlantis, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Essence Magazine to name a few.
She is also passionate about coaching high performing, overlooked, undervalued corporate women who want to increase their visibility to position themselves for the opportunities and money they deserve. She has taken numerous professional women from invisible to recognized and even promoted.
She draws from her BA in Communication, professional background in marketing and sales, training as a voice actor and experience as a singer to help her clients to communicate skillfully, intentionally and effectively.
