Kate Neville has years of experience coaching a range of high-performing leaders to help expand their capacity and develop new skills as they take on broader responsibilities in increasingly visible roles, and to make key decisions in an ever-changing environment.  

Working one-on-one in a confidential space to increase awareness, shift perspectives, and move outside comfort zones, Kate has proven to be particularly effective in supporting her clients’ development to advance DEI goals.  She has also facilitated a range of high-stakes conversations in the workplace and developed numerous programs related to leadership, change, and inclusivity.

Kate started her career in private practice at a global law firm, has held appointments at several prominent universities, and worked in management consulting for over a decade, advising private and public entities to design and implement change.  She graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and magna cum laude from Princeton University.

A Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC), an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Kate co-chairs the Diversity Committee of the Women’s Bar Association of DC, works with the Coach Diversity Institute (CDI), and serves as a coach for the Diversity Women Network.
