Chief Diversity and Engagement Officer and Head of Talent, Culture and Experience | DocuSign

Iesha Berry serves as the DocuSign Vice President and Chief Diversity and Engagement Officer (CDEO), and Head of Talent Culture and Experience..  In this role she directly engages with DocuSign’s executive staff, and team members around the globe.   As the CDEO, Iesha focuses on accelerating the DocuSign Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy. She and her team support the continued amplification and impact of employee resource groups, inclusive talent development along with diverse pipeline sourcing and outreach. As Head of Talent, Culture and Experience, Iesha is responsible for cultivating a thriving culture for DocuSign, embedding an incredible experience for all at every stage of the employee lifecycle; as well as leading talent acquisition, internal mobility, employee value proposition and talent brand.  

Iesha is a human capital executive with over 20 years of experience in the human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion space. Most recently Iesha served as the first Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer for Slalom where she led the company’s diversity and inclusion programs, as well as its environmental, social responsibility, and sustainability efforts. Prior to her work at Slalom, Iesha was the Senior Vice President of Market and Site Human Resources at Bank of America and previously served as a HR Executive for the Retirement, Business Controls and Operational Excellence teams as well as Head of Diversity and Inclusion for BofA’s Wealth Management division. In addition, Iesha has served in a variety of related global roles across various companies and industries including Pfizer, Microsoft and Prudential Financial.  

Berry is a Savoy 2023 Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion leader, Winter 2022 Diversity Woman Elite 100 honoree, Diversity First 2021 and 2022 Top Diversity Officer recipient, 2019 30 Black Stars in Industry Awardee, and formerly an active member of (2018-2020) for the Charlotte, North Carolina Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. Iesha is a former Advisory Board Member of the International Network for the Professional Development of Women and previously served as a member of the Conference Board Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council along with serving on the Councils’ Executive Board. She is a 2022 member of Chief(www.chief.com) as well as Board Member of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and the Racial Justice Institute(2021-2022).    

In 2017, she co-authored a book titled We Walk by Faith and Not by Sight: Women of Faith in the Marketplace and is working on her second book to be co-authored with her mother Antoinique D. Bowman. Iesha is a wife and mother of three girls, Hannah (6), Gabrielle (14) and Chloe’ (20).  She and her husband Leroy reside in Prosper, TX.
