Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA)
With over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, including regulatory compliance, HR strategic business partner relations, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), she understands how HR serves as a strategic business partner with the ability to accelerate business results. In her current role she is responsible for the development and deployment of enterprise-wide DEI strategies focused on talent acquisition, career and leadership development and advancement, employee engagement and culture transformation. Her role serves as a thought partner regarding all aspects of DEI, and she works closely with senior leadership and cross functional business partners to integrate DEI strategies and accountability into business operations.
Prior to joining Walgreens, Gina served in various leadership positions in DEI and HR for W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Sears Holdings. She earned her JD from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans and a BA from Colgate University in upstate New York. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, and the American Bar Association. Recipient of Career Mastered, Diversity Impact 50 Award, 2022.
