Gail Manley
VP, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, Fidelity Investments
Gail Manley is Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at Fidelity Investments. She has been a leader within the firm’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Office for eight years, focusing on practical applications of education, awareness, and behaviors that lead toward a more diverse and inclusive workplace. She also provides thought leadership on employee inclusion from accessibility to infrastructure.
Prior to her current position, she held a lead role in the Enterprise Leadership Development team where she supported a team of expert facilitators who delivered Enterprise Leadership content that regularly generated outstanding participant feedback. In that role, she was named an Impact Player for her work developing all Fidelity leaders and leading project work with Talent Acquisition.
Previously, Gail held positions across various Fidelity functions and business units, including Enterprise Learning and Personal Investing. Prior to joining Fidelity in 1998, Gail worked at the Convergys Corporation, running operations for a major U.S. banking client, leading their first 24/7 call center.
Gail is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Law and Public Policy. She holds certifications in Myers-Briggs Assessment, Situational Leadership II, Extraordinary Coach, Scrum Master and Product Owner and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Northwestern University.
