Erica Colonero is co-Founder & Partner at VisionSpring, Inc., a WBENC certified diversity and inclusion consulting firm that provides strategic consulting, training, eLearning and a content delivery through the Inclusion Learning Loop. Since VisionSpring’s founding in 2006, Erica has led business development and client relations for the firm. She marries her passion and knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion with her collaborative approach to relationship building and business development. Erica takes a consultative, collaborative approach with clients which enables her to fully understand their needs and challenges and then is better able design and develop products to suit those needs. In addition, Erica is a sought after trainer, facilitator and speaker on the topics of diversity and inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. She has worked with organizations across many industries including energy, healthcare, finance, consumer products, education, and nonprofits.
