Dorena Quinn is the Global Vice President, People, at IAMGOLD Corporation, a gold mining company with assets across three continents. Dorena is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and oversight of global human capital processes, programs and leadership capabilities driving performance, engagement, inclusion & belonging, setting a foundation for a truly differentiated workplace culture that has become a competitive advantage for the Company. As an accomplished business human resources executive, Dorena applies more than 20 years of strategic and operational leadership experience and skills in mining, broadcast measurement, technology and financial services for national and international companies.
In addition, Dorena is Chair of the MiHR harassment prevention committee Safe Workplaces for All, enjoys volunteering and mentoring, and is an avid member and supporter of many women’s groups promoting diversity and inclusion of women in business. She holds a Master’s degree and numerous coaching, leadership and training certificates.
