Deborah Gray-Young is the managing partner of D. Gray-Young, Inc. a management consulting boutique providing strategic business advisory and professional development services to corporations and individuals.
Deborah is an ICF accredited executive and leadership coach working primarily with Black professional women and women of color in global corporations. Deborah helps her clients increase their political savvy, strengthen their leadership skills, and enhance their executive presence to achieve their next levels of success.
She is a mentor coach for the Black Career Women’s Network and serves as a Fellow Coach for BetterUp. Deborah is developing a career and leadership accelerator for professional women of color that will be available this fall.
Deborah is the author of two books: “What Do They Mean When They Say…?”, Decoding Performance Evaluations, and The Young Professional’s Handbook, a primer for young people entering the professional workforce. Both are available on Amazon and Kindle.
