Deborah is an ICF accredited executive and leadership coach working primarily with Black professional women and women of color in global corporations. Deborah helps her clients increase their political savvy, strengthen their leadership skills, and enhance their executive presence to achieve their next levels of success.
She is a mentor coach for the Black Career Women’s Network, serves as a Distinguished Fellow Coach for BetterUp and is an inaugural coach on the Diversity Woman Network.
Deborah is the author of two books: “What Do They Mean When They Say…?”, Decoding Performance Evaluations, and The Young Professional’s Handbook, a primer for young people entering the professional workforce.
