Dawn Christian is a pioneering leadership advisor and coach. She leads BeLeadership™, an advisory and executive coaching firm that reimagines leadership by building belonging as a core competency. Known for her innovative Ethos-Driven Leadership™ approach, Dawn focuses on redefining leadership through authenticity, vulnerability, and well-being. As a fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and a 2024 TEDx speaker, Dawn’s thought leadership is widely recognized.
Her insights have been featured in prestigious platforms such as the Wall Street Journal, Inspiring Workplaces, and The Forum on Workplace Inclusion. Dawn is a member of the Black Women and Owners (BOW) Collective, past President of The PRSA Board of Trustees, and a founding member of the Insights Association’s IDEA Council. She is also a member of ForbesBLK, The Association for Talent Development and a founding member of The Gathering Spot DC. She holds an MBA from Cornell University, a BA in Sociology from The University of California at Berkeley and a Diversity & Inclusion Leadership certificate from Cornell University’s International Labor Relations School. She is also a Bowman Foundation-certified Workplace Equity and Mental Health and Wellness practitioner.
