Regional Nutrition Manager
Cordialis Msora-Kasago, M.A, R.D.N is a Regional Nutrition Manager for Sodexo Healthcare where she works directly with dietitians and helps improve quality of care and outcomes for patients and communities across the western United States.
Active in dietetics at local, national and international levels, Msora-Kasago is a regular presenter at workshops and conferences. She strongly believes that in order to improve health equity, dietitians must be at the forefront of the food and nutrition messages that the public hears and consequently shares evidence-informed nutrition guidance while serving as a National Media Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals. In this capacity, Cordialis has authored numerous health related articles and provided expert opinion on a wide variety of food and nutrition topics for media outlets such as The New York Times, CNN, Food and Nutrition Magazine and The Huffington Post.
To promote diversity within the nutrition field, Cordialis mentors young professionals from underrepresented groups and serves on the Advisory Council of Diversify Dietetics, a 501( c) organization aimed at decreasing health disparities by increasing the diversity of nutrition professionals.
When away from work, Cordialis enjoys cooking and sharing information about foods from the African diaspora.
