Ashley Ehlers, CCP, GRP

Associate Vice President, Compensation and HR Data, Global Total Rewards, Hyatt Hotels

With over 16 years of experience in Compensation, Ashley leads the Global Compensation and HR Data team for Hyatt Hotels.  In her current role, she is responsible for strategic leadership for company-wide broad-based compensation, stock compensation as well as HR data and governance.  This includes, salary increases, job leveling, bonus administration, salary structures, long-term incentives, non-employee director compensation, HR data governance, and pay equity analysis.  Ashley has been leading the Pay Equity review at Hyatt since inception, working closely with their vendor and others in the organization.

Ashley holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) as well as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designations.  She also serves as a co-chair for the steering committee of the Hotel Compensation Industry group.
