Human Capital Consultant

Andrea leads the growth and expansion efforts for the Human Capital practice line and division for FutureSense to generate exponential growth for new business. She leads all aspects of client relationships and experiences to provide solutions and results, elevating the ESG and DEIAB for each client.

She partners with organizations to design and execute critical business and HR programs that identify and leverage talent focused on underrepresented groups. She launched her career at Plateau Systems (now SuccessFactors) in a support role and quickly established an official HR department, followed by the Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services departments. She then joined LHH taking positions of increasing responsibility, including Account Manager, VP, and later Senior Vice President. At Challenger Gray & Christmas, she spearheaded the DEIB strategy where, along with executive leaders, she developed a way for the business and human sides of the company to create a thriving culture where employees felt they could be authentic and supported.

While climbing the corporate ladder Andrea successfully launched and built a six-figure event management firm, and started two trucking companies and a career development consultancy.

Andrea is a devoted special needs parent and was the caregiver to her disabled veteran father and “giving back” to others is at the core of her being. She has often donated her time and expertise to organizations, such as Adecco’s National Corporate Social Responsibility Council, LHH’s Global Diversity Council, HRLA, and the North- ern Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

She serves as a career management coach for prestigious organizations, including Diversity Woman Media. She is an inaugural founder of Capital One’s Magellan Program, a customized lead- ership development and career pro- gram for African American colleagues. She has Board experience including VP of Administration for NAAAHR, Greater Baltimore Chapter and DEI Co-Lead and Workforce Readiness Lead for Maryland State SHRM.

Andrea is a nationally sought out career development and DEIB speaker. She participated in and or led over 30 panels, podcasts, interviews, and media events. Featured panelist for AARP
Tele-town Hall on career, business, and income for over 60,000 viewers/listeners in May 2020 and on CBS and ABC for optimizing your LinkedIn in 2021.
