Having lived and practiced yoga in India and NYC, Aditi’s style of teaching is anchored in tradition, creativity, fun, and flowing, challenging her students to grow from the inside out. She has been named one of NYC’s best instructors, led exciting events like a live 2000+ person class in Time Square, and helped to launch Peloton Yoga and Meditation in 2018! Deeply connected to storytelling and music, Aditi shines when teaching artist series classes, and her own signature series Flow and Let Go.
