Susan is the Principal of Syncerity Speaks® a Maryland based consulting firm. She works with women and the teams they lead to increase their capacity and become more skillful in the areas they are acting in, whether coaching clients one-on-one to build their executive presence and leadership skills, or designing meaningful group interactions on issues related to interpersonal or cross-cultural differences.

A former financial analyst and consultant for Fortune 500 firms, Susan brings over a decade of business experience to her practice where she has collaborated with a diverse range of clients to improve performance and strengthen organizational effectiveness. She has worked with women leaders at Booz Allen Hamilton, Catholic Charities, Evolent Health, US Navy, Pentagon, and Trust Africa.

Susan is a frequent presenter on topics related to inclusive leadership, mindfulness, and empowerment. She graduated with a degree in Finance from George Mason University where she was also a captain of the Women’s Basketball team. Along with 600 hours of hands on training in Broadcast Communications, Susan is an ICF credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a credentialed Integral Coach® through the New Ventures West coaching program, and holds certifications in

Emotional Intelligence and Group Process Design & Facilitation.
