Executive and Team Coach Susan Otim-Neal believes in the power and voices of Women to lead change. She works with Women-led teams to increase their clarity, capacity, and skill, whether coaching clients one-on-one to develop their emotional intelligence and executive presence or designing meaningful group interactions to enhance team performance. Susan facilitates restorative coaching programs that cultivate both the leadership and wholeness of Women of Color (WOC). She has worked with emerging and seasoned leaders at Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Government, and Nonprofit organizations across the country.

Susan is a frequent presenter on topics related to racial and gender equity, career advancement, and well-being. She graduated with a degree in Finance from George Mason University where she was also a captain of the Women’s Basketball team. Both an ICF credentialed coach (ACC) and credentialed Integral Coach® through the New Ventures West coaching program, Susan holds additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Group Process Design & Facilitation. She has been an active member of numerous professional associations and community organizations, and currently lives in Maryland with her husband and their young son.
