Sharrón Dean is an accomplished Leadership Coach and educator with proven experience in leadership and executive development. As an independent coach Sharrón’s concentration is professional development, personal growth, career transition, developing personal brands and emerging leaders.
As a Human Capital strategist with more than twenty years of experience her versatile portfolio includes working with organizations of varied sizes in the for profit and non-profit sectors. Some of the industry leaders are Wal*Mart, Goodwill, American University, Dress for Success and Professional Women’s Network Global, MarJul Homes, Inc., and BBYO For Jewish Teens. Sharrón is also an accomplished workshop leader and group facilitator, in the areas of cultural humility, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is currently designing an interactive learning experience for HR executives and other leaders seeking to leverage differences in the workplace.
She is an adjunct instructor for the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus Industrial Psychology graduate studies, a facilitator in the SHRM certification course. Her volunteerism includes providing pro bono leadership coaching to women delegates with Taproot, and Women Coaching 4 Change.
Sharrón is a graduate of the Georgetown University Certified Coaching program, she has earned the ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified MBTI facilitator, and possesses a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Management.
