Lekisha Middleton is the Founder of The Good Success Network, a management consulting and executive coaching firm, focused on equipping a diverse future workforce through purpose-driven solutions. As a global transformation consultant, she equips companies with the strategies and tools they need to sustain success through change and digital disruption. As a coach, she provides her clients the safe space to clarify their vision, cultivate their strengths, and gain the confidence needed to move forward into their most optimal path.
Lekisha is a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the CaPP (Coaching and Positive Psychology) Institute and an active member of the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina.
Lekisha is particularly passionate about empowering historically underrepresented groups with the leadership and computational thinking skills necessary to have a successful career in the current and future workforce.
