For more than 15 years, Kate Neville has provided coaching and consulting services to executives and senior managers, helping them to increase capacity, strengthen skills, and produce exceptional results. In working with her, clients report greater stability in navigating challenges related to organizational changes and those in the marketplace, confidence in their ability to meet and exceed heightened expectations, and new perspective that helps them resolve complex issues effectively.

Kate’s breadth of experience has proven to be a valuable asset in her coaching and facilitation work. After starting her career practicing law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and in government, she worked in management consulting for over a decade before starting her coaching practice. She has worked with a range of companies across industries, professional services firms, universities and other non-profit organizations.

Kate presents frequently on topics related to professional leadership and advancement, and her work has been featured in The Washington Post, Roll Call, Kiplinger’s, and YahooFinance. Throughout her career, she has been an active member of numerous professional and community organizations.

Kate graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, earned a law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School, and is a graduate of the Coro Leadership New York program.  She is certified through the New Ventures West coaching program and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). A former Texan and New Yorker, she currently resides in Washington, DC, and works with clients across the country.
