For more than 12 years, Kate Neville has provided executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership development for highly-skilled professionals and their organizations, helping develop and grow capacity around inclusive leadership and management as they take on new responsibilities in progressively senior positions. Kate has facilitated a range of high-stakes conversations and programs related to inclusive leadership, and her clients include prominent professional services firms, global financial institutions, and major industry associations.
Kate works with leaders and managers to develop tailored strategies, tools, and materials and incorporate new approaches that allow them to effectively move from thought to constructive action, speak up to heighten impact and influence, and develop strong relationships across differences. After working with her, clients report not only enhanced productivity but greater confidence in proactively addressing highly visible and potentially awkward situations, a sense of stability that helps sustain them over time, and new perspective that often has far-reaching ramifications.
A cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and Princeton University, Kate began her career practicing law before shifting to work in management consulting for a decade and then start her own business. She currently serves as a mentor coach with the Coach Diversity Institute (CDI) and as a co-chair of the Diversity Committee at the Women’s Bar Association of DC. Kate is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and trained at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership Facilitation Program. A former Texan and New Yorker, she currently resides in Washington, DC, and works with clients across the country.
