Jodi Davidson possesses a vast knowledge and understanding of the critical function Diversity & Inclusion play in today’s increasingly competitive business environment. With twenty years of experience at Sodexo, Davidson has a proven track record in leading their comprehensive portfolio of D&I talent development and engagement programming to include learning, mentoring and sponsorship. She partners globally to offer a comprehensive cultural competence curriculum and to advance the organization’s work/life – flexibility culture to attract, engage and retain diverse top talent.
Davidson’s personal mission is to help people realize their potential and thrive. She chairs Sodexo USA’s Inclusion Council whose role is to embed D&I more deeply in the organization, and was instrumental in the formation of Sodexo’s Employee Business Resources Groups. This past year, Davidson spearheaded an award winning initiative, providing employees with resources and training to foster a sense of safety and belonging in light of current events.
Davidson holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and is a certified leadership coach through Georgetown University. Her contributions in the field and thought leadership have been recognized by numerous organizations including DiversityInc and Catalyst.
