Fabiola (Fabby) focuses on advancing Target’s D&I strategy internally and externally through the lens of workforce diversity, inclusive work environments and societal impact. She is a strategic collaborator with business leaders and human resources partners within the Global Supply Chain team at Target, focused on supporting, managing and implementing strategies, programs and initiatives that support increased representation and create a more inclusive work environment where all differences are valued and team members can bring their authentic selves to work. She does this through consulting, advising and providing internal/external insights needed to be successful.

Her scope of support spans across 50,000 employees across the company’s Global Supply Chain, which includes both headquarters locations and 41 Distribution Centers throughout the United States.

In her previous role, she was Senior Distribution Director of a 1.4M square foot Regional Distribution Center located in Southern California. She led a team of 46 mid-level executives and 600+ hourly employees. Her team administered a $40M annual budget delivering 38+ million cartons to 66 stores representing $2B in annual sales. Her team worked daily to support Target’s Global Supply Chain in a rapidly changing retail environment.

Fabiola has been with Target for 18 years.  She is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of developing high-performing teams, strong personal relationships, problem solving and supply chain expertise. Her passion for developing diverse talent is demonstrated by her involvement throughout her career to increase awareness, drive education, and increase commitment to diversity.

Fabiola received a B.A. concentrating in Information Management from CSUSB. Fabiola is an immigrant from Mexico, first to go college in her family and is happily married with two children.
