Dana Green

Manager, D&I Regional Engagement, Toyota Motor North America

Dana Green is currently Manager, D+I Regional Engagement at Toyota Motor North America.

With Toyota she has held positions in California, New York and Kentucky, in Human Resources and D+I.

Ms. Green’s Human Resources roles have included Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, College Recruiting and Relocation Services.

D&I assignments have included development and implementation of the company’s diversity and inclusion objectives, management of the external Diversity Advisory Board, research for a Global Women’s Initiative and survey data management collection and reporting.  She worked Toyota U.S. affiliate companies leading the engagement of management in the prioritization of D&I strategic objectives.

Currently, she and her team have responsibility for creating and delivering D&I strategies and programs for Toyota interests in North America.  The current role includes developing and launching North American Executive D+I Scorecards, oversight for Manufacturing D&I Assessments and Dashboards, North American site services/consulting and oversight of92 Business Partnering Groups (BPG’s).

Green is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
