Director – Channel Marketing, Business Marketing, AT&T
Clara Hustad serves as Channel Marketing Director in the AT&T Business Marketing organization where she has responsibility for Enterprise Communications and Customer Advisory Councils & AT&T Proprietary Events. Her team is responsible for creating exclusive events that showcase AT&T products, services, and capabilities across the globe. In addition her team communicates to over 2,000 sellers across industries on industry trends, promotions, and services.
Prior to her current role, Clara joined the AT&T Business Marketing Team in 2013 and was responsible for product offers, packaging, promotional strategy, and implementation for small business products. Her team focused on acquisition, winback, and penetration strategies for All For Less – the lead AT&T Small Business bundle – along with developing valuable offers across all segments driving profitable results. Her small business portfolio was responsible for $1B in revenue for AT&T Business.
In 2005 Clara joined AT&T as part of the Leadership Development Program, AT&T’s flagship talent development program, and has held a variety of different roles in our Network, Customer Care, and Supply Chain departments. Throughout her career she has been committed to serving the community and helping underprivileged children through various organizations including Promise House & CASA where she is a Children’s Council board member. Clara is an active AT&T mentor and was recognized by her department with Diamond Club Award in 2017, a Visionary Award in 2015 and by the Women of Color in STEM as a Rising Star in 2014.
Clara currently lives in Dallas, TX with her husband, and two children.
